DANA: Dana (also called Danu) is the mother goddess of Irish mythology. Goddess of fullness, she is in charge of the harvest and the cattle, She who nourishes the gods well becomes fertility and prosperity.

The Tuatha de Danann ("tribes of the goddess Dana") were his divine children and ruled over Ireland. She became Saint Anne, patron saint of the Bretons (mammcoz, mother-old), the benevolent (Buan-ann, good mother), mother of three original Danean gods: Brian, Lucharba and Luchar, representing the three primitive seasons of the annual cycle, herself representing the year.
